Refund Policy

Any service that a Buyer order(s) must be paid for upfront using one of the preferred payment options offered by Tecvakdesign.com. The chosen Package(s) will be invoiced to the Buyer. All information required to begin the design process as per service requirement will be provided by the Buyer to Tecvakdesign.com. See our Term of Service and Privacy Policy

There are no refunds or cancellations for the Service Fee or Charges. Unless Tecvakdesign terminates or ends your Contract for a cause other than your breach or non-execution, any payment made will not be subject to a refund if the initial design and concepts have been delivered and approved or a revision is requested. We aim for complete customer satisfaction, hence we will continue to make corrections until we achieve it. Your Satisfaction is Our Priority!

However, you can request a refund from Tecvak. All refund claims must adhere to the following rules:

(a) You can submit a request when the design concepts for a service ordered has been provided. Nevertheless, the refund offer will be canceled and no refund requests will be granted if you approve, seek revisions to the initial designs, or request additional designs.

The refund offer will be invalid after the project has entered the revision process, and a refund request won't be accepted.

If, for any of these reasons, a refund request is filed prior to delivery of the initial design concepts;

  • i. During the order placement process, there were no specifications, requirements or detail for design filled.
  • ii. Mistakenly placed duplicate orders (in which the Buyer notifies Tecvakdesign of such error not later than two (2) days (that is 48hours).
  • iii. In that case, you would be entitled to a full refund (minus a 10% processing and administration fee).

(b) If the Buyer remains inactive after Thirty (30) days, no refund request will be processed. Following the delivery of a requested service, the Buyer shall review and respond within three (3) days of service delivery. After Three (3) days (72 hours) of design delivery without response, the Buyer will be considered to have accepted the Design(s) and The Project shall be automatically approved and completed by the system and the final files sent.

In extremely rare situations of emergency, if the buyer believes it will take more than three (3) days to respond, the buyer must notify Tecvakdesign.com by email, direct message, or live chat to enable Tecvak maintain the project status "Active".

Tecvak maintains the right to accept or refuse any claims for refunds based on a case-by-case separate basis.

(c) After the delivery of the final files, no refund requests will be granted.

(d) For website-design orders, once the initial design mockup has been revised or the interior pages have been created with the Buyer's consent, there will be no refunds given.

  • You are only eligible for a refund of the Website-design at the time of initial design, for example, if you placed order for a logo and web design and approve the logo
  • Refund requests must be justified and evaluated in light of this Refund Policy and Buyer request for modifications. A refund or discount won't be granted except if the initial design concept has not been delivered, but additional modifications and changes will be made until you are fully satisfied.

Promotions and Discounts. If the Buyer got a special discount or other promotional offer, unless explicitly stated otherwise, the buyer understands that it applies to that particular order and that the subsequent order will renew at the full applicable fee or charges.

All design projects require Buyers involvement before completion, thus it is expected that the Buyer participate in providing feedback to ensure the final outcomes is satisfactory.

If Tecvak’s logo design is discovered to be strikingly similar to an existing design, you are eligible for a new logo as part of our 100% Unique Design Guarantee. Any resemblance to an existing outline is purely coincidental, and Tecvak disclaims all liability and any claims for compensation in such circumstances. The Buyer is responsible for obtaining trademark protection for their artwork.
