Yes, but please make sure you have rights to use it in design.
To place the text on the spine of your book, it should have a minimal number of the pages. For Amazon kdp your book should consist of at least 100 pages. For Lulu - over 80 pages. For IngramSpark - 48+ Otherwise, the text on the spine is not allowed
All the rights for the cover usage belong to the customer after the order is marked as completed.
The source file is the editable Photoshop file in the PSD format, which allows you to make corrections on the book cover by yourself.

This is the third book cover that they have done for me. This time they over-delivered. He took my idea and photo and made a book cover that was well above what I had envisioned. I will definitely be using Tecvakdesign to do the book covers for all of my future projects.
